INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and let it rest for 15 minutes.

We flour our desktop. Divide your dough into smaller parts and open each of them with the rolling pin so that it is 1 cm thick.

With a cookie cutter 10 cm in diameter. cut circles; Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and place them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place to rise.

Spread the tomato sauce and on top add the cheese you want. Place the rest of the ingredients by making our own tasty combinations.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C of air for about 15-20 minutes until the dough turns golden and the cheese melts.

Tip: For a crispier base you can add a little fine semolina or cornflour to your baking pan before placing the pizzas.
