MUFFINS WITH OAT FLAKES AND BANANA

INGREDIENTS
In a large bowl mix with a spatula the mixture for muffins, water, sunflower oil and egg until homogenized. Add oat flakes, cinnamon, salt, bananas, and mix well.
Put tins or non-stick papers in the muffins cases and fill up to 2/3. Sprinkle with a few oat flakes and granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C in the air, for about 20 minutes.
Tip: If you do not want to add molds or non-stick papers to the cases then we should butter them.
