In a large bowl mix the contents of the Easy bake Vanilla Cake package along with the water and the seed oil.
Divide the mixture into two 20 cm hoops. and we straighten its surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the coils for about 25 minutes and let them cool.
Beat the butter with a hand mixer and gradually add the sugar. Add the vanilla extract. Finally, add the milk and beat a little more until you have a nice cream.
Place one cake on a base, spread a little cream. Place the other cake on top and cover the entire surface with the rest of the cream. Decorate with the candies.
