In a large bowl, pour the Pancakes mixture and the water and stir until you get a uniform porridge. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Cut the bananas into slices, put them in a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix gently.

We prepare the pancakes. Put in a pan a little butter and with an ice cream scoop pour from a spoonful. Bake until blisters form on the surface and turn on the other side.

We repeat the same process with all the porridge.

Put the cold heavy cream in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy and you have a fluffy whipped cream.

Set up the dish, putting a pancake, spreading caramel, adding bananas and repeating the same process for another 4 pancakes. In the last layer we spread caramel, add whipped cream, decorate with bananas and rub a little chocolate.
