In a bowl, mix with a ladle the mixture for muffins, water, seed oil and egg until homogenized.
We put molds in the muffins cases and fill them by 2/3 of them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 17 minutes.
For the frosting, beat the butter in the mixer very well until fluffy. Add both the cream cheese and the vanilla to incorporate. Add the icing sugar in 3 batches, until the frosting acquires a smooth form.
In half of the frosting, we can if we want to pour a few drops of the red color of confectionery, so that it acquires a pink color. Transfer the contents of each bowl of frosting into two cornets and cover half the muffins, with the white and pink frosting. If desired, we decorate with candies in the shapes of Halloween.
